In “An Unsuitable Job for a woman, Cordelia Gray solves a crime which results in another crime. In light of the tittle of the novel, analyze cordelia’s suitability for detective work, considering the following in your analysis:

a. the first crime and its solution (briefly)

b. reasons cordelia might have had for covering up the second crime;

c. legal, moral, and emotional aspects of her solution; and

d. how her society, profession and solution to the crime connect to the tittle of the novel.

in your conclusion, in view of cordelia’s handling of both crimes, discuss your own answer to the questions: is detective work a suitable job for cordelia; is it an unsuitable job for a woman?
