Beginning 12:00 am Sunday, March 27, you must keep track of everything you eat and drink for the next 7 days (until midnight Saturday April 2). This will be hard, but give it a shot. You should turn your diary in all at once (all 7 days) on Sunday, April 3. The best way to format your diary is to use the following format:
7:17 am: 1 slice German rye bread, 1 fried egg (hard), 1 slice Vermont extra sharp cheddar, 2 cups Sumatra French roast coffee.
9-11 am: can of bubbly water
11:57 am: 2 Baja Fresh baja style (lime, onions, medium salsa only) beef tacos, tortilla chips, hot salsa, diet Coke
6 pm: one-half Chicken breast in Marsala cream, three-cheese raviolis in Classico alfredo sauce, organic arugala salad with mandrin oranges, walnuts, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and yogurt blue cheese dressing. St. Croix bubbly water and decaffinated coffee
9-11 pm: one can of bubbly water
11:00 pm: Tostito chips, Sargento 4 cheese Mexican mix (melted).
And so on…
