Read the exemplary practice noted on page 17 in Partnerships In Preparedness – A Compendium of Exemplary Practices in Emergency Management Volume IV entitled “Industry Self-Assessment Program” and following the general guidelines given above for Discussion Boards, post your response to Discussion Group Three on the Discussion Board on whether a program like this would work in your jurisdiction. In addition, comment on what resistance you might run into in implementing it and how you would plan to overcome the resistance. Post this to both the Discussion Group Three folder and the discussion board (insure that you check off submit for grading) and reply to at least two other student’s postings. See the attached Rubric.
